Internationally acclaimed violinist/composer Mark O’Connor has recorded with such fine artists as Yo-Yo Ma, Renée Fleming and Winton Marsalis. The LA Times calls him “one of the most talented and imaginative artists working in music—any music—today.” The Catskill Symphony program will feature O’Connor’s dazzling Fiddle Concerto, which has been performed more than 200 times with major orchestras, as well as classics from other American composers.
